1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Hostiso's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Service Guarantee & Uptime

We guarantee a 99.99% monthly network uptime. In the event of service interruption exceeding this threshold, customers may be eligible for service credits as defined in our SLA document.

  • 99.9% to 99.99% uptime: 5% Credit
  • 99.5% to 99.89% uptime: 15% Credit
  • Below 99% uptime: 50% Credit

3. Prohibited Content (AUP)

Users may not use Hostiso infrastructure for illegal activities, including but not limited to: Spamming, Hosting Malware, Copyright Infringement (DMCA), or DDoS attacks. Violation results in immediate suspension.

4. Privacy & Data Handling

Your data privacy is our priority. We utilize industry-standard encryption and do not sell customer data to third parties. We are fully GDPR and CCPA compliant.
